NOT SO THOSE WHO ARE eviL , theirs is a brand of “Narcissism” so total that they lack, in Whole or Part , CAPACITY FOR EMPATHY.

Unrestrained Narcissistic Narcissisms create public safety dangers that make eviL’s within Dangerous not only because it “Scapegoats” others but also it “DEPRIVES” sufferer of the restraint that results from Empathy and “RESPECT “for others.
