Life-care movement is all about getting seniors where they should be under the law allows.
We look at fiduciary damages incurred and where citizens would be if privatized incidents hadn’t happened (2012 p 893) or if things had happened (2015 p 888) the way they were supposed to.
Life contract cases (In living Trust) make it easy to see where owner planned contract to end.
In living trusts are main houses under god that presupposes subdivision and provides remedies if contractor does not fiducially fulfill or runs off before completion.
If life trust contract declares (trustee) no probate (December 23, 2014) and house (beneficiary) stipulates (March 28, 2015) to be completed within reasonable amount of time and trustee questionably incident elongates (august 2015) that best administrative agendas over fiduciary responsibility toward trust - civil courts as well as ARDC can give beneficiary damages/fee recoupments against those contractors in the amount it will take to complete the house.
Liquidated damages
When you can say exactly how much the Damage is Worth in Dollars and Cents, you have “Liquidated “damages.
Technically, liquidated damages aren’t really a category of damages the way that punitive or consequential damages are.
Instead they are a way of Talking about whether damages can be paid for in Money or whether one requires form of injunctive relief.
Pro Rata Damages
Part of being Fair (2012 p 893/2015 p 888 annual court approved accountings) to both sides (petitions for fees) is making sure the damages are paid by the defaulting side is accurate.
Sometimes the court will only allow that damages be charged for the actual time you suffered from them on a daily basis.
This is called “Pro Rata” (Literally, by the Rate) or proportional damages.
This is often used in cases where it’s easy to liquidate the damages unlike personal injury because the costs of damages suffered do no stop when the lawsuit is over.
The judgment interest rate is set by the law and is usually the Prime Interest Rate (the rate the government lends money to banks0 plus a few percentage points.
As prime interest rates change, so will the judgment interest rates.
Carl Jung ascribed the root of human ‘Evil’ to “The Refusal to meet the Shadow”.
By the shadow (2012 p 893) Jung meant the part of minds that would rather not own up too
(2015 p 888) that are being continually (law group -Devon Bank) hidden while attempting to further hide consortium activities from selves (plaintiffs- owners) others (life-care movement) and sweep all uncivil improperness’s neatly under rugs that deceive John Q. Public’s consciousness.
Those who have crossed over the line that separates sin from evil are often highly intelligent people.

Lawyers should never knowingly (June 28, 2016) present obligatory to the court: falsities of law or fact by statement-nor fail to inform the court of controlling precedent- even if TO DO SO HURTs THE CLIENTS POSITION, OR TO OFFER EVIDENCE THAT THE LAWYER KNOWS TO BE FALSE!
Indeed Lawyers are sworn to avoid ‘FRAUD’ in their dealings with the court,with one another, and the Public and why ARDC exists for all who choose not to fully honor their chosen profession.
Were these fundamental obligations of lawyering routinely fulfilled starting 2011: none of the public questions in concern above would exist (2012 p 893) nor would be further expanded (2015 p 888) within Legal Ethics/Bar-Problem quires and no need of a Life-care movement in 2016 as babysitter in justices name?
Group leaders that commit the most evils in the world see no power higher than themselves.
They employ or agency very strong willed associates pinioned that best serve; inner self-centered absorbencies within firm’s theoretical unspoken mission statement that neither element nor event will outrank firm supremacy.
Life- care side note: continual fence straddling of same legal fences under differed excuse in the law allows are no better than dealing with the most unsavory used car dealership under consumer protection agency watch: they both hold contention to deceive and defraud the general public that commissions review and operator’s licenses have been revoked for much less.

Life-care meditation for life: We are born that we might become, as a conscious individual, a new life form of God.
The goal of theology: and that of most mystics in not to become an egoless, unconscious babe.
Rather it is to develop mature, conscious ego which can become the ego of God.
The gate of Eden is forever barred from us by cherubim’s with a flaming sword.
So in many ways we are both blessed and cursed by consciousness.
With it comes the awareness of realities in Good and Evil tyrannies of humanity.
Jung is accredited within translations for the masses, his reoccurred popularity has a great deal to do with publications presented at the right time just when gnawing’s in dissatisfactions are beginning to be felt relatively saying nothing really new exists under the sun just retitled.
FAIRNESS REQUIRES THAT THE SAME LOGIC AND LAW BE USED IN CASES THAT HAVE SIMILAR FACTS.
EACH INDIVIDUAL ELEMENT OF THE LAW MUST MATCH WITHIN ELEMENT OF THE FACTS IN ORDER FOR THE LAW TO BE SAID TO APPLY.
