THE SPECIALIZED GROUP: Cares Task Force Baker

The point is that if we must have guardianship at all it should not hurt. 

As a people we should not toy with the means of age induced personal financial  destruction by Law, medical, or otherwise without being willing to personally BEAR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WIELDING THEM.

If we must pre retain senior assets let us not select and train proverbial hired financial assassins to do the dirty work for us and then forget that there is any blood involved.

Conscious and Competence.

True competence is more about growing in Wisdom

Although we can pinpoint various capabilities and talents that allow meeting of demands in life, general competence is a much more complex capability. 

In relationship to development of consciousness; it is broader than just attaining adequacy in basic skills or having an excellent memory. 

True competence is more about growing in Wisdom than accumulating mere knowledge. 

It entails striving toward a psychological and spiritual maturity that result in real personal power. 

Many people can formulaic ways of responding to situations, but because of an inability or unwillingness to think in different ways or to handle different situations creatively, they fail within situational dealings that do not fit expected patterns. 

Other words: the one who can easily fix one situation without much help may feel totally incompetent when faced with resolving more complex or detailed situations involving disciplines and communications. 

The reality is when individuals are “Incompetent” in some aspects, their competence is other areas vary and why the bible exists as individual’s owner’s manual that aide one personal plights toward what psychologists refer as combination of both “Conflict-Free areas of the Ego” and extremely conflicted who are fully conscious in certain areas but, because of neurotic conflict, utterly unconscious in others. 

Psalms in the Bible tell us of these things as well as points out life is not all about happiness but if you go the whole route according to God you will leave more competent.

IT is difficult to examine them in depth, because it is in their charter to avoid the light. 

Denying their business character imperfections, they flee both self-examination and any situation that they might be closely examined by others.

They may claim they are doing no real harm to community but by saying is true; “If you are not part or the solution, then you are part of the problem.”

We will not always know for sure whether we could of done more – whether we should have spoken up or intervened in the face of complex and overwhelming responsibilities , but we must remember that if we become gripped, we will be useless not only to ourselves but also to others. 

No one person can take the weight of this entire world on their shoulders and why we have community.   

For this each individual must discern their calling and how God calls one person will not be the way he or she calls another. 

Deciding as citizens when to get involved is crucial, as the saying goes timing is everything. 

Many significant contributions are made to society through the giving of time by strongly principled Individuals who regard their citizenship as Responsibility. 

“Volunteerism” is the word we use to describe efforts at trying to do something good in spheres beyond personal economics. 

As soon as a person stands up with no expectation of reward, their involvement in a cause is essentially voluntary such as spending quality time with lonely residents of a home for the Elderly. 

Doing volunteer work is a calling; it is as legitimate and as complex a choice as a career decision. 

Volunteering presents an opportunity for learning and growing through service to others.

LivE – Care Guardianship basically demonstrates business ethics based upon Soviet theologies that are major pitfalls giving them much more care authority than they actually deserve.

Former USSR psychologies are deployed that systematically abuse their profession by labeling political “Dissidents “as “Mentally Ill,” thereby serving the interests of the Business rather than the interests of  Truth and Healing. 

This problem becomes aggravated by the fact that naïve consumers are actually eager to be guided by devil’s advocate pronouncements of complex affairs are best left to the professionals.

All goes well as long as consumer maintains desired posture toward business ethics as cares “Philosopher Kings” to remain unquestioned that we should allow guiding us through intellectual murky labyrinths, when more often than most just as lost as we are, but never in their money interests.

People of means holding Intellectual laziness are preferred client/wards, while family members who question faddish opinion on behalf of intellectual laziness declaring science not to be final word advising laziness differently become business Dissidents that will be labeled interfering with care plan and if you continue to question then you will become probates ward yourself. 

We must for our safety as a Public bear the responsibility of being Skeptical of their pronouncements. 

In other words, we should never totally relinquish our individual leadership to a group, demanding as it may be we have an obligation toward self to become scientists at least to degree that we can make own judgments on issues of good and eviL.    

Debate is the cornerstone of Genuine Science and a Science without Debate and exuberant skepticism is not a science at all but Blatant Theologies in Care Communism!

The best Safeguard is to assure that CARE science remains scientific and “GROUNDED IN DEMOCRATIC CULTURE” in which OPEN DEBATE IS ENCOURAGED THAT DOES NOT RUN BACK TO BIG BROTHER PROBATE TO FIX PROFESSIONALLY BRUISED EGO’S.

The Gravest misuse of medical science may be attributed to administrators themselves who proclaim in the guise of scientific truth which employs findings and concepts for dubious guardianship Purposes. 

The body of scientific knowledge of psychology is already misused in Illinois probate variety of ways by its employment - and the extent to which it is employed immune none debatable as in former USSR theologies allowed within state were Psychological tests are falsely re-diagnosed 

and misclassified by them placing little thought behind consequences of prattle. 

Therefore it is of dire importance that the public get hold of evil information within in which I know of these things that were done to mother are now being done to son through relationship of inheritance in living trust.  

Many might want to use such toward psychological studies that scientifically identify evil minds creating such tests other than academic just for this purpose. 

Consider how everyday people will be able to identify signs and symptoms of such evil stigmata’s to overcome opponents quickly either publicly or informally.

Finally, an increasing Public Sophistication about the psychology of Evil which is live spelled backwards will itself serve to prevent the abuse of that psychology. 

Although we need research to know much more about Evil, we already know a few things beyond Doubt. One is the Tendency of the Evil to Project their Evil onto Others. 

Unable or unwilling to face their own sinfulness (function of probate) they must explain it away by accusing others of defects. 

As we develop a psychology of Evil, this fact – already common knowledge among – will surely be more widely published. 

We will become more rather than less discerning about those Who Cast Stones. 

As Scientific interest in phenomenon of Evil Filter Down to the Public, our Considerations of it should become Increasingly Thoughtful. 

We equate sanity with a sense of Justice, with Humaneness, with Prudence, with the capacity to love and understand other people. 

We rely on justice to preserve us from barbarism, madness and destruction.

And now it begins to dawn on us that it is precisely the same ones who serve medical justice are the most dangerous who without qualms initiate great festivals of destruction that they themselves have prepared. 

What are we do with the Evil when their Masquerade is so successful, their destructiveness so obvious?  

First we must stop buying the Masquerade and being deceived by the Pretense. 

It is in the hope that these writings will help us toward that end. 

But what then, it is an old Maxim: Know your Enemy. 

We must not only recognize but study these businesses that prey upon medical for profit and attempt to do what we can to heal them or contain them. 

How do we do this without contaminating selves, simple, we can safely conduct scientific research on a subject to which we gave a priori Negative Value only with a Methodology of Positive Value. 

Specifically, we can safely study and Treat Evil only through the Methods of love, never mammon, as root of all evils.  

Lies create confusion, because of the difficulty institutions would have if they were to endorse blatant lies, they usually manipulate people by promoting half – Truths. 

IT is a more Seductive Approach, but a Half Truth, which usually looks and Sounds true but really isn’t, is likely to produce even greater confusion. 

Indeed, as the English Poet Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote: “A Lie which is half a Truth is ever the Blackest of Lies.”

The biggest lies promoted in the care provider industry are found within Happiness references.

I have been waiting and still waiting while layers of whitewashes continue to grow leaps and bounds solely due to well-earned fears within as industries square wheel. 

So proverb of old now rings true; if you can’t do the time – Don’t do the crime. 

They insist upon forcing their square peg into legitimate businesses round hole.

Thinking and listening

Given our almost counted upon reliance on assumptions – and on the Illusions that coexist with them – the unethical often Miscommunicate creating great chaos. 

Failures to question our own assumptions lead to failures in REALLY HEARING WHAT IS BEING COMMUNICATED TO US DESIGNED TO REMAIN OBLIVIOUS TO GOOD COMMUNICATIONS.

Fee Predators count on passive interaction listening. 

Listening intuitively well is an active ongoing exercise of our attention to details and, by necessity is hard work. When we extend ourselves, trait usually devils advocates do not receive well, we attempt undesired extra step or walk that extra mile in opposition to laziness and fear. 

Listening well requires total concentration upon another in the broadest sense of the word.

An Essential part of Listening well is the Bracketing, the temporary giving up or setting aside in order to understand as far as possible another world from the inside and new knowledge is always gained from it. Most of the time many lacks this energy as in this fable mass systematic intentional chaos is enabler specifically designed to block what we may feel in our business dealings or other relationships require specific attention but masterly refined to selective hearing forum is the nature of the Game. 

The motive is mind steerage so one can achieve certain desired redirections as quickly as possible from conversations in ways more satisfactory toward desires best walked away from, while never looking back. 

While it is true that one’s capacity to listen well may improve gradually with practice, it never becomes an effortless process. 

Understanding intuitively is vital element of the capacity to listen well and of itself, remarkably therapeutic. There are several reasons for this phenomenon, but chiefly it is believed one gains sense that he or she can now be truly listened to and for some, perhaps for the first time ever. 

Sense of Entitlements is the problem above. 

Inherent in this attitude is a cockiness that borders BLATANT NARCISSISM. 

THOSE WITH EXTREME SENSE OF ENTITLEMENTS ARE ABLE TO JUSTIFY VIOLATING OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT REGARD TO THEIR RIGHTS. 

THEY DISCOUNT THEIR OWN FAILURES TO PUT IN THE EFFORT REQUIRED TO IMPROVE LIVES. 

SOME CHOOSE TO STEAL, MANIPULATE, AND OTHERWISE TAKE FROM OTHERS BECAUSE OF THEIR BELIEFS IN WHAT IS OWED TO THEM; THEY FAIL TO SEE THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE IN CONSIDERING ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF THINKING.

IN CONCLUSION; THE COMMON DENOMINATOR IS FAILING TO THINK WELL, OR AT ALL.
